First Floor Fit For A Queen
We have made the first steps towards the building taking shape.
Jodi called in on site for the first time and gave everything the big thumbs UP.
She was very happy with work and can see the shape of things to come. Until now she felt things were just ticking on but is now talking about finishes and space. The new disabled toilet is clear and the markings for the two new loos on the ground.
Things may be little slow this Wednesday as we expect high winds. The BEEB has them at around 40mph but for all who live out here probably about 55-60, not a problem normally just we need a crane to place all the steel and blocks. Even this morning there was a strong breeze coming in from the West.
The team are working hard with Dave setting out orders for windows, doors and toilet furniture Colin & Jamie prepping for the second floor. The front team have been working on serving the new section but on occasions the time from order to delivery has slipped ( sorry lads we all forget things ).
Anyone passing in the next few days- look out for the crane and watch the second floor....
