We have made it out of the ground and can start to look upwards.
We have agreed for a new team member to join us in March who will help grow our food team. Its all hush hush at the moment so keep watching for our sample menus which should appear around mid March.
Back on site The Team are cracking on. According to Colin the slab sets time and we can start to plan in weeks and months, as to when each section will be done.
With any luck first floor should be around Mid January.
